		<description>From first hand experience working on the new Labour site, policy isn&#039;t the issue.  Now Blue State Digital have opened a London office, there will inevitably be a raising of standards amongst the politcal bodies.

Also, the NHS are currently developing new systems with Oracle...  And spending an awful lot of money doing it too.</description>
